Anup Reddy Perati, as Chief Executive Officer, sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution.

Earlier, Anup was the Vice-President of Facebook's Networking Team in Singapore and was responsible for overseeing their Cloud Infrastructure Services. He later left his role at Facebook to join hospitality giant A.L.L's European Arm as its Independent Director.

Anup holds his Master of Engineering & Bachelor of Science degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston.

Hayley, as Chief Operating Officer, designs and implements policies to promote company culture and vision and oversees operations to keep businesses on track.

​

Before joining Lasdax, Hayley was employed at Facebook in Singapore, where she was the Regional Client Relationship Manager.

​

Hayley holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston.

Nicholas, as Chief Investment Officer, is responsible for leading Lasdax’s financial operations. As CIO, he oversees accounting and controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax and internal audit.

​

Prior to joining Lasdax, Nicholas served as a senior analyst at Boston Consulting Group.

 

He earned his Master of Business Administration from ETH Zurich.
